Level 1 Accreditation for the Seychelles International Airport

The Seychelles International Airport (SIA) has achieved Level 1 Customer Experience Accreditation by the Airport Council International (ACI), the global body for Airports. The presentation of this accolade was done on Wednesday 06 September 2023 in Incheon, South Korea during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit. The accreditation was received by the Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA), Mr. Garry Albert.

New ranking for seven promoted Airport firefighters

Seychelles’ Minister of Transport, Mr. Antony Derjacques, will join over 2,500 delegates from the 193 Member States of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and accredited international organisations to take part in the 41st triennial ICAO Assembly, hosted at ICAO headquarters in Montréal, which runs from September 27 to October 7, 2022. The Seychelles International Airport and Praslin domestic airport are now equipped with a state-of-the-art system to record any communications, both voice and data from the air traffic control units for investigation and training purposes.
