Who will pay for parking at the airport?
All airport users will pay for parking. However different payment plans or schemes exist for airport staff, the public, operators and other airport users. -
What are the pay parking rates?

Where can the public/airport staff pay for long-term parking?
At the airport Pay Parking Office. -
Where is the Pay Parking office located?
At the International terminal, above check-in area. Clients should go directly to the customer service desk whereby they can be assisted by a customer service officer.
Otherwise they can pick up the phone at the afore mentioned desk which will connect them to our customer service officer for guidance.

What is the cost for Airport Staff?
Rate for airport Staff or airport operators is SCR250 per employee/month, and can either be paid monthly, quarterly or annually. -
How do airport staff register for a “Parking Access’ Card?
Registration for staff parking can be made at the pay parking office mentioned above.
The registration form can also be downloaded on our website, and submitted at the pay parking office. -
Does the public also need an access card?
The public can register for an access card, for long term parking only. Otherwise they can use a parking ticket issued upon entry. -
Can I pay for long term parking at any time?
Application for long-term pay parking must be done 3 days prior to your intended use of the parking. -
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept card payments and cash transactions only. -
Do I get a refund if I did not use of the long term Pay Parking card?
Once the card is issued to a client, no transfers or refunds are applicable. However, the card can still be used at a later date. -
What are the opening hours of the parking?
Parking is open for 24 hours, 7 days a week. -
In the event I lose the ticket what is the procedure to get another one or to exit the parking lot?
In the event of a lost card you will have to pay SCR50 for a replacement card.
Lost tickets shall incur a fixed penalty fee of SCR600 to be paid before you exit the parking or at the pay parking office. -
Can I use a different transport with the same card?
This is not encouraged. You will have to use the card with the vehicle and number plate declared at the time of registration. In the instance that the card is being used with a different vehicle other than the one registered, you will have to inform the pay parking office immediately, otherwise you run the risk of your card being revoked. -
What is the process I need to undertake to renew my card?
Renewals must be done prior to the expiry date of the card and you should report to the pay parking office for payment and recharge. -
How long before my card expires, can I proceed with the renewal?
Renewals can be done at any time prior to the expiry date of the card. -
Can I claim for damages if my transport has been tampered with in the SCAA parking?
SCAA is not liable for any damages on your vehicle or personal belongings. There is a ‘Disclaimer Notice’ located at the entrance of the parking area, outlying SCAA’s terms and conditions when making use of the parking. However we can provide assistance in terms of information and CCTV footage if any. -
If my card doesn’t work what can I do?
In the event that the card is not working you should report to the pay parking attendant at the pay kiosk and you will be guided to the pay parking office for any issues to be rectified, or call 4384015 -
If I take a ticket and once inside the parking is full, what do I do?
You are allocated 15 minutes free within the parking once you have taken a ticket. This allows for ample time to find a parking slot before you are charged SCR20. -
Is there a different rate at night?
There is no variation in the rates of the parking between day and night. -
I am an Airport staff what happens if I lose my card?
A lost card must be reported to the pay parking office, for cancellations and re-issuance of a new card. -
Are there any penalties for losing a staff card?
The penalty for losing the card is SCR50 for a replacement.
